HELP i think ollie may have a respiratory infection!

I adopted my sweet boy ollie around 5 days ago and i've noticed him sneezing quite regularly (maybe 10 times a day) i know that that's not uncommon for rats to do when they're stressed/first come home but his nose seems to have a lot of build up as well. so far he seems as playful as always (i knew him before i rescued him) and has no noise when breathing.

please if anyone has any insight or suggestions leave them below!!!

make sure it isn't environmental - scents, dusty bedding, good air flow and air quality etc

if it doesn't stop soon, or becomes worse, he will need to see a good vet with the knowledge and experience to treat rats
How does he sound when you hold him up to your ear and listen to both sides of his chest?
What is his breathing like?
