I am a knitter, mostly, but I am pretty decent at most arty stuff I try. For my 35th birthday a few weeks ago, I got myself a sewing machine and a bunch of fleece . I must have sewed in another lifetime because I am pretty good at it from the start.

This is an out-of-print Simplicity Cat Bed Pattern. I found a few pictures of it and made my own, rat-sized, version.


And with actual rats (Gracie on the left and Molly on the right


It is super-warm inside.

Very cool! Can you explain what the process is?

Yes, you start with a black picture and then you take the engraving pen that comes with it and the black picture has lines where you engrave at and you try to engrave on the lines and it takes awhile but then you got a really cool picture.I hope i said that right lol i am not good at explaining things lol.

Oooh, that would be awesome! I do fused glass, and am getting in to painting on glass too, and then firing it so it's permanent. A little different than the face of Jesus in a church LOL........

you guys have some amazing talents!! I don't think I have any like that, I like to cross stitch, but that doesn't take much talent as I just follow a pattern lol! I like taking pictures, mostly of animals or the flowers that appear each spring......I did not plant these flowers, the people who lived here before me did, but here are a few pictures:

I always post my pictures on facebook, and hubby always teases me because I always take pictures of the same flowers each year lol!!
