Hi, I just adopted an older guy, I think he's around a year to a year and a half old. I wanted to fix him so he can live with my females and my other fixed males. Is he too old?

My friend has an African Soft-Furred Rat. She wants to give him to me. They are not the same as normal rats I think.. Could I intro him with my rats?

12.5mg/5ml weight of my rat... eh, shoots... i dont have anything to weight her and i cant remember.. well, for the baytril, its 5mg/ml at 0.3 mls. Shes adult and not very big, I'd say she's average sized.

Oh it's liquid. So, I must give her around a drop each day until it looks better?

I'll go get it today since my pharmacy is finally opened back. How much am I supposed to give her? oo I'm not even sure what Bentryl is.

umm found a third stop, closeby the other 2, its even smaller. But none of them get bigger or deep, they're just spots popping. But, no I havn't though of allergies. I can try that.

It's been there for 2-3 months now. It doesn't seem to be growing bigger nor going deeper. It just stays there and doesn't heal. It's just this week that the smaller one appeared.

- There's another smaller one more on the side. I had to go to work, that's the only pic that isn't blurry that I got. But, the other one looks basically the same except smaller.

Hi, Long time no talk! X3 I have a 2 years and a half old ratty here. She has hint end degeneration, therefore, unable to scratch herself ect.. Thing is... She had a mammory tumor so got operated and is on baytril right now. I thought that would help with healing the scab on top of her back...

If the olive oil isn't working.... He does have little red spots pretty much all over his back now and there's some orangey spots... plus the flakes glued to his fur... Does that look like a surface pyoderma? He's getting rather cranky when we touch his back and bum now. But, besides scratching...

Hey! I'm just planning my novels and I came up with a new character for later events and that assassin guy has a very smart rat for pet that would help him in his missions. Have any idea for names, colors, personality, colors. It's in a medieval fantasy time. :wink2:

Called the vet during my dinner and she said it was a cyst and a tumor and it's possible that more grow. But, the surgery went very well. :nod: *hopes not or i will die XD *
