His is going downhill fast guys :(

His breathing is even more heavy ..showing no interest in food tonight.

I have two apts made ..one for Thursday evening, and one for Monday evening ..unless he improves ..I'll be bringing him in Thursday ..I can see he is tired, I can see that he is almost ready to go. If my vet were in before Thursday, I would bring him in sooner.
Maybe he will pass peacefully in his sleep before Thursday? I'm not really sure.

I'm so sorry little old man  :sad3:

That breathing is very laboured. Does he seem uncomfortable?

He seems uneasy ..moving from place to place (well pulling himself) often, then just laying there like he is in the video

does it sound like air is going in and out even if noisy or is it a funny whine and sounds like very little air movement?

compared him to a healthy rat ..sounds like less air ..not gasping or anything

Do you have metacam or something to remove any discomfort?

I have metacam and childrens IBP. So I guess Ill go with the Metacam.

He weighs 415 grams the metacam is 0.5/ml ..how much?

Also ..my vet will be in for a short time tomorrow .....

I have given him the IBP ..I will be taking him in tomorrow morning :sad3:

Is this just old age..with the hind legs, the cloudy eyes ..but the random laboured breathing throws me off.

Maybe I could have done something :(
