It's been awhile since I posted here...just been rough losing Gizmo, Zera and Nes...More so I've not even done a rat cam to show how the others are doing.
Rest assured we're doing ok, though Lyra is showing signs of URI, think its due to the cold temps, and a bit of stress since Zera is no longer with her. But she's getting treatment and for the most part is doing well just like the boys. Here's some pics of them from a few nights ago:

Old man Oxeye doing his ratty yoga. He'll be 30 mos. in January. This is the halfie who had the badly broken hind leg. Need to take pics- healed but deformed. But he scoots around fine, and stays limber with his yoga

He is a bit odd, but basically very friendly. His brother is the same. They are fine with people they know, but recognize strangers as being unfamiliar and panic a bit with them. The way they interact is hard to describe; it's like they speak a different language than domestic rats.

Thank you! It was a lot of fun taking pics of our girls. I was very impressed that they kept the bow on.

Butterscotch has pick up this new thing with her tail. She walks/runs with it curled up to her head! Ok I want every one to know rats are sooo sweet!!! I was in the hospital for two weeks do to a car accident and my girls MISSED ME!!

For every good pic, there are at least 20 blurry ones. These ratties are super fast.
