I took Melissa for her follow-up visit to the vet yesterday afternoon. She looked so different from the last time that he thought I'd brought the wrong rat! Her coat is back to normal, her eyes are bright, she is lively again. This photo was taken several days ago; the porphyrin is long gone now.

Here she is moving around in the top of the cage the other day. She is my miracle girl! When I think of how limp she was on NY Day.....



Extra, extra, read all about it! Just saw her having a couple of saunters in the wheel. She didn't go for long, but at least she's in there trying.
