Sit... down? What's that? That's an actual thing? You mean I don't have to be constantly running around everywhere?

Aww, they are plump, hehe.
I don't know exactly what it is about them when they are just pink, they are still cute to me!

Alright, Raye and her bubs now have their own thread: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=24197

Aaaand I'm still weighing Serena because, well, she's still ballooning. And I just love watching how high the number climbs and imagining how many babies she'll have... 15? 20? So exciting!... *sarcasm*

Friday, April 1st
Serena - 345g (+15)

Saturday, April 2nd
Serena - 355g (+10)

So glad she finally had her babies. They are just lovely plump little pinkies! I'm glad her mama instincts kicked in, albeit a tad on the tardy side....

Her and I would have that in common. If I ever got pregnant, (knock on wood that doesn't happen) I'd be the mom who's like "Hmmm, I'm 39 weeks along. Guess it's time I paint the baby's room and build that crib..."

Finally, Raye gave birth. :joy:

It was the WEIRDEST birth ever - she went from moving around, wanting to play, being out on the couch, not even building a nest, to frantically nest building then having her babies within about an hour and a half. And it was so quiet, we had no clue until we saw the babies. They're all nice and warm and seem healthy - no clear runt, and they're all a little chunky.

It was almost like she didn't even realize she was pregnant until RIGHT before she started giving birth, then she panicked and realized she needed a nest before the babies came. Haha.

She stresses when she doesn't have them, though, so we only took them out for one quick picture, then we let her nurse:

Seven lovely eepers. :)

   Wow! So wonderful! So precious that she didn't realize until last minute, and now she's so protective! :joy:

A bottle of tequila would be great right now.

Oh look! There's one in the cupboard!

In all honesty though, if anyone sees this, and wants to help out, we're in DIRE need of hammocks. I haven't posted yet about it on the shack, but I'm going away for two months and I leave in 4-6 weeks. I have... *counts*... 9 large hammock orders to do before then, and a couple smaller ones, as well as get everything else in my life ready, including preparing Graham for taking care of the pets without me. We're seriously low on personal hammocks, it's really bad. And I'm not going to have time to make ANY for myself, but Graham's going to need them. ESPECIALLY with two litters here. So if anyone can sew some flats/whatever, I'd be eternally in your debt. Heck, I'd even take half-chewed, pre-loved hammocks. Heh.

Hmmm... I won't give you pre-loved, but this may get me experimenting with the sewing machine I got for Christmas. If you wouldn't mind pre-loved, then hopefully you won't mind mine ~ cut crooked, and thrown together. :giggle: They will be made with love though!!! :cheeky:

Seriously, Serena? UGH! Just have your babies! *pokes her belly*

This would be me, I put Kaleb's crib together 3 days after I came home from the hospital lol I usually wait until the last minute, gives me something to do while I'm nervously awaiting :) Sounds like Raye has the same idea!
