The females are sisters, littermates, while the male is unrealted to the girls. All hand tame, as in they don't bite when handled.
The first picture is of the boy, the next three pics are of the sisters (two look almost the same)

well now I feel a little bit stupid and a little bit perplexed

turns out the woman has 18 snakes and breeds the rats on purpose for her snakes.
She wants to keep this foursome together because they get along so well. Gah, I guess, until the snake eats them.

how many rats do you need for 18 snakes?

1 per week per snake is the norm... unless you have really big snakes.

Those girls are still babies... they can't have babies already...
