Worried

My boys Atticus and Gandalf has taken a turn for the worse and are going to the vet at 7am. Atticus is worse than Gandalf but they both sound horrible! Atticus has what looks like blood coming out of his nose and just looks miserable. I am very worried about them and there recovery they are almost 10 months old so getting up there a little bit. If anyone else has had this happen please let me know how to help them feel better raying:

The "blood" is actually porphyrin a red discharge from eyes and nose. They produce too much when sick, injured or stressed. No matter how bad they sound how are they acting?
