wondering do we have to freeze YN also like other bedding?

I think I might have got mites in my crew from the HT paper pellets, but I've always been fine with YN

I just wondered because i think my rats may have mites/lice but i use aspen shavings but freeze my aspen for 72 hours before using it. the only other way is YN or Biscotte >.<

So i went out and bought Bimectin(Ivermectin) So within the next 3 weeks i will be treating my ratties
