I kind of thought it was odd that this made the news just recently because I was watching a show about a month ago, and it was talking about the wolves catching salmon (I guess they didn't have video though). what I though was more interesting, was the fact that they only eat the heads. The theory on the show was that salmon carry a parasite, which the wolves can get, and they avoid this by only eating the head of the fish. If this is true, how do the wolves know this?
I guess I found this interesting because my dogs eat raw. so if I want to feed them salmon, I have to freeze it first to make sure I kill any parasites.
