Whimzees dog treats safe?

Hello, so I was given a free sample of a dog chew yesterday at work and seeing as though I don't have a dog, I wanted to get some opions on how safe it is for the ratties,a little bit at a time of course? The ingredients are; Potato Starch, Glycerin, Powdered Cellulose, Lecithin, Brewer s Dried Yeast, Chlorophyll, Annatto, Malt Extract. http://www.entirelypets.com/paragon-all ... count.html

It looks good. It's vegetable base, low fat, gluten free, wheat free and sugar free.

Not sure about the rats, but boy oh boy my dogs will fight over them. I figure it is a safe item for Sparky was yours the alligator one?
