I'm really not sure what to do with Vesper right now. She still seems happy but the tumor is getting so big around the top of her head that its shifting her ears and pulling the skin back around her face and it's making the skin really tight. It's almost seems like it's pulling back her eyes a little too although she can still close her eyes fine. I'm worried about her ears too because she has dumbo ears and they both look like standard ears now because of the tumor and one of the ears has been pulled up even higher on top of her head... :cry4:
I generally know when "it's time" but I've only had two other really healthy rats outlive tumors so I don't really know what to do. Is it likely she's in any pain?
She still eats and drinks normally and although she does sleep a lot more than she used to.
