There's not much after care for neuters, but with all surgeries, make sure they are in a clean environment, keep them warm and make sure they eat.
 
If it does, you just leave it alone. They heal so fast. I know it's so hard not to be worried, even I get so nervous and I've had so many done. lol
 
Good luck to your sweeties. I've had lots of neuters done and they have been the easiest to look after once they get home. But I still worry. lol

I have had about 20 neuters done and have only ever had one open the stitches a bit and he was fine.
Everything will be ok. Let us know how they are doing when you have the chance.
