sallys lump

Sally has a lump on her throat. Right where an Adams Apple would be. I have never noticed it before until today. I heard that glands can trick people into thinking there rats have tumors. Is there a gland right there?

How old is Sally?

While there is a chance it could be a cyst or abscess.....tumors in that area are sadly somewhat common. Did the lump pop up over night? It's is pretty hard, or more soft and squishy?

Could be many things.

Lily had something similar to that. It swelled up and was gone the next day.

It poped up over night , and it is hard and a perfect ball. surrounded by a flab of skin / fat. She is no more than 6 months old.

The lump went away, it is completely gone

Well Jo and Mama , I gave her Flaxseed oil and yogurt , about 2 or 3 weeks into giving it to her it started shrinking and then within a week it was gone ! :happydance:
I couldnt be happier , I love that little rat. :nod:

It might have been an abscess... and the flaxseed oil and yogurt might have helped with the clearing of it. :joy:
