So on the rat guide it says the difference between the dog and cat revolution is potency. Can i take a dog one and dilute it down to the cat potency?

no, you just give less of it as you give 6 mg of revolution for every kg of rat.
So weigh the rattie and do the math to find out how much to give
Be careful because it will ve an extremely tiny amount
