I was looking on Craigslist for cages and I stumbled across this ad for 'all types of rats' these rats look like they are living in cramped, unhealthy conditions. Here is the ad:

I don't know if anyone can do anything it just breaks my heart to see these babies living like this :cry3:
I really wish I could do something but I do not have the room or the money to take these guys in. The last picture in the ad looks like the rat has babies with her too.
