Hi, one of my boys has a dangling tooth (upper left ) and he is struggling to eat. He just eats reeeeeally slowly and takes very small bites. He's still pretty young just over a year old. I also noticed his lower teeth are a bit too long. Maybe he hasn't been trimming them himself because of the wobbly tooth? I was just wondering if it would be a good idea to take him to a vet right away or if it would be best to let the tooth fall on its own? I read a lot of advice saying it is usually best to let teeth related issues resolve itself because trimming or other intervention might make the situation worse but I am worrying a bit so id like some opinions please !
