Rat pulling fur out of other rats

My rat little dipper is very friendly and loves her sisters. But she just started pulling fur out of her sisters... theyre hasnt been any blood so i know the skin isnt getting bit. but the other rats get mad when she does this and squeeks very loudly. Any ideas of y she is doing this or what i can do to stop it?

Does she pull out a mouthful of fur or is she grooming them so much that they are bald in those areas?

she pulls out mouthfulls of fur. i watched her and she pulled one of them across the cage by her side. then fur came out.

 

She may be in heat.
My girls pull at each others fur when they are in heat, or power cleaning.

I've noticed some rats will do the yanking a lot but it's more of a maternal thing.
If you don't see any gashes, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
