Baby boys are separated from mom and sister (s) at 5 weeks because pet rats become sexually mature between 5 and 6 weeks of age. Baby girls stay with mom until at least 6 weeks old and never need to be separated.
If rehomed, babies must be rehomed with at least 1 same sex sibling … no matter how many other rats their new owner has and babies can not be gradually introed to unfamiliar rats until at least 8 weeks old (10 weeks is safer) https://www.ratshackforum.com/threa...ps-used-when-putting-new-rats-together.32368/

I hope that you are able to keep all of the babies. If you have access to a good vet with the knowledge and experience to safely neuter and spay rats, then you could get them fixed when the babies are big enough and then they could all live together.
