Porphyrin causing Sunny's eye to shut

No other noticeable myco symptoms besides that.. Is there anything I should do? Should she go on antibiotics if she's not sneezing or anything? Piper and Trixie had this problem when they were young too but it wore off.

Porphyrin is gluing her eye shut? Does she end up cleaning it off and it stays off til she sleeps again or it keeps exuding porphyrin?
