Pecans?

We got a bag full of mixed nuts (shells on) to have around at Christmas. It's really amuzing to watch the girls chase around a pecan... is it ok for them to have a little of the nut if they get thru the shell? I know they shouldn't have nuts/seeds too often.

It's okay occasionally. I very rarely give my rats a little yogurt, and they're not too fat.
