New baby rat with head tiliting left a right .

Hello ,
I just got myself 2 new baby brothers of 2.5 months and one of them jas continuous tilting from left to right bit more on one side . He does have albino eyes so I am not sure if it is eyesight or bad sign of future sickness . So far I have lost 2 of respiratory , another of embolism and 1 with a tumor but never encountered this type of reaction . Is this really a bad sign of sickness to come ? He moves around and is very active but when he tries to stay still he tilts .

Head tilt is a classic symptoms of inner ear infection. This little one will need a combo antibiotics ASAP. Sometimes the head tilt will.resolve a little or fully but most times it stays after the active infection is cured. These rats adapt and live lovely tilty lives depending on the severity of the tilt. Some might need some cafe adaption to make them safe on ledges and Ramps.
