my rat is heart and breathing really fast

theres no wired sound or leaking stuff from his eyes and nose so its not raspatory issues and im scared that his heart or lungs might give out on how fast they are idk what is causing this and i just turn 18 and have no money to go to the vet

Hey, if you can get to a vet with someone else that would be amazing. Labored breathing is always a bad sign and if it gets worse this might be a very sad ending. Do you have a nebulizer maybe for the rat so that they can breath a little easier?

yah and he past two days ago and we used the nebulizer bc my dad and sister have asma and it helped
