My new boys are settling in very well. I adopted them from a rescue. They are 3 months old. They are all pretty much identical but so different in personality!
This is Dawson. He's the biggest, fearless, pees on everything, wants to get into everything, an explorer, does funny things like nibbles ears, toes and pulls on earings (you know the sort lol) He's just lovely.
Dawson is the friendliest and liveliest little guy! He wants to be with me all the time and is always at the cage door
Isn't he sweet lol
Always waiting..
And ready for action
He likes to play and 'ping' about
He comes rushing down to greet you
Such a cutie
He's very determined and likes to explore the couch!
My fave photo of him!
This is River looking very cute. He's very playful and sweet.
He was the first one to litter train himself. He knew what the tray was right away and goes in there first thing in the morning. Such a good boy!
He's the alpha so far. But a big softie. He bruxes and boggles and loves to be petted. And he LOVES to play!
And eat!
This is Bennett. He's painfully shy. Doesn't like to be touched and I couldn't pick him up the first time I tried. He was a mess. I do worry about him. He's making progress, but is jumpy and scared. I've decided to slowly gain his trust and not force him. It took a couple of days for him to come to my fingers through the cage - which I rewarded with something tasty on my fingers. Here and there, he lets go and explores and enjoys himself. He's now using his play tunnels. But he still hides here and there. He's a lot smaller than his brothers and I believe he was the runt of the litter. It's a work in progress. If anyone has any golden tips - I'd be most grateful!
Hoping so much I can turn it around. He really is making progress. It's early days.
This sweetie is Cole. He likes to chillax :evillaugh: He is very chilled out and loves his head being petted. He is a big bruxer, boggler and buzzer! A little love bug. I called him Cole because his tail is nearly black. Black as Cole
That's it for now! I will try and upload more pics of Bennett and Cole, but it's harder to get pics of less social ratties! If anyone has any tips on how to bring Bennett out of his little bubble, that would be awesome
