Some of you have put their double CNs and FNs together at the sides rather than stacked and I was wondering, how do you DO that? I was thinking of doing that myself when I buy the add-on for my CN and, well, it seems that those bars aren't coming out too easily...

I think people use two singles or two doubles. You need two stands and two bottom pieces, otherwise it's unstable and you need to make modifications to keep the rats in. There's a thread somewhere, but basically people remove the side panel(s) on one side and replace it with the bars from the storage shelf on the bottom. Otherwise you have to cut the bars off and it's not reversible.
