Hello my name is Gem. i have 2 rats and they hate me can anyone help?

if i get them out to play they bite me and when i try to cuddle them they bite me and squeak and if i go near the cage the squeak

my rats are 18 months old girls. I got them from a friend who is a rat breeder. He breeds rats and handles them as babies and weens them at 6 weeks, and his rats are lovely and will give me cuddles unfortunatly he moved away when my rats were 8 weeks old . i have had them since they were 6weeks old.
