Her story starts here...

http://www.ratshackforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=32083

And ends up with me meeting pscychopomp last night and getting the wee girl. She looked so natural and woodsy so I started thinking of types of wood and remembered the beautiful Sequoias.

This little girl decided that humans are the bestest thing ever and the trauma of her short life has not affected her at all. She's cuddling, bruxxing in my arms as I rub her into a catatonic state or wanting to play CONSTANTLY. LOL

We figure she's about 6-7 weeks old as she's starting her molt into her adult coat...her baby coat is a very light agouti, and her coat is very plushy LOL

Silly happy, mouthy Sequoia...we'll work on the mouthy part later on :D

OMG... what a beautiful, lucky girl!!! So crazy that those snake baits get to turn out to be so loving and happy. My boys have the exact same personality as your girl. I think I'm in love with her too! :D

what a pretty colored feminine looking little girl you have!
Ahhh - she is so blessed you got her:kisses:

What a beautiful little girl! Her sister's sacrifice saved her. RIP little Sissy :(
Do you have any young ones right now that would be good company for her?

I have Tatiana's bratty girls (3-4 mo) and a bunch of older sweeties, but some of the younger girls weren't very nice to her when she met them, and I want to watch beautiful little Peanut who is an unknown factor, she looks sweet as pie but she bites me regularly still :p Tazzy I am not worried about as she was an old feeder breeder who never got to keep her babies. Jette was being very rude to her (you know obnoxious baby on the part of Sequoia, and was kicking at her and trying to drag her by her coat. So I am going to wait til the weekend for proper intros so I can be there to watch.

Ahh so she's "mouthy" lol, that's why I wasn't sure if she was playing with me. She'd be bouncy like when they play but then bite a bit, I didn't know if she was telling me to leave her alone (not used to humans) or if it was just her testing her teeth. Love the name :)

And as of last night, she's abusing a new cage of rats. She's in with my young girls (my former "babies" look huge beside her), some older ladies, and Peanut. She's having a blast and jumping on bigger ratty backs. :D She cuddles up with Tazzy (former feeder breeder who was never allowed to keep her babies) and Patience, who is my House Mother to all my babies :) I think she may have been a mom before, she gets that full-eyed pre-boggle look around babies so I oblige her when I am able :D

Where IS Sequoia?
