Ok. So awhile back one of my boys Edward, was acting a little strange. He was kind of lethargic, but not lethargic. More WAY relaxed. I picked him up to examine him and I noticed a lot of whitish/yellow almost puss looking substance all around his penis area. I took a warm wet wash cloth and cleaned it off. I thought maybe my poor baby had some type of infection. 
Then at that point I noticed my rat Devon's back was COVERED with the same thing. I was horrified!! :sad3: I called my vet but she said it shouldn't be an infection because he was on antibiotics for a possible URI. So I started researching and found that some males have taken the whole fighting for dominancy thing as far as ejaculating on another male. I was relieved that it wasn't anything serious but, that's down right wrong and nasty. :laugh4:
He did it one more time the following day, though not nearly as much as the first time. He hasn't done it since and Devon's still alpha (although Edward still tries to get alpha).
Has anyone else ever experienced this? Or am I just the lucky one..... :emb:
