Luke is a bully...

My oldest rat Luke is being a real bully lately. He basically side checks everyone who goes where he doesn't want them to, and makes them squeek a lot.
I know getting him neutered would help, but I don't have the money to do so right now.
Is there anything else I can do?

It's not just little squeaks, i know that is normal.
He makes everyone shreakkkkk. And when they run away, he will chase them all over.

You can try by giving him time outs.
How old is he?
For time outs, have a small hamster cage at the ready with nothing in it but water. When he makes the others scream, pull him out, pet him a bit and put him in the small cage for about 10 minutes. Sometimes this helps. But you must be consistent.
Also... many people make the mistake of pulling the screaming rat out of the cage. Wrong! You must pull the bully out of the cage, he's the one getting all stressed out and needing a break or help control those hormones.

Oh yeah, I know. Luke makes EVERYONE else scream. It actually wakes Joey and I up at night..
