Hi everyone! my 3 rats unfortunately have lice. I’ve got an appointment at the vet for them on Friday to get revolution cause i’ve read that’s what works best. I was just wondering if anyone could help me with what to do with their hammocks and houses in their cage after treatment? shall i wash them all in hot water or soak them? or is a normal wash ok? thanks

Revolution is the best treatment for lice, its the safest, fastest, less stressful and easiest for you. Because Revolution lasts in the bloodstream longer than the full life cycle of the parasite, you don't have to do anything special at all with cleaning (unlike the weekly treatment of the much more dangerous ivermectin).
