I'm a Certified Veterinary Technician!

I graduated from the vet tech program which was a pretty intense 2 year program back in August and today I took my boards. I am thrilled and relieved that this part of my education is behind me.

Do you have a job already or are you on the hunt?

Sort of... I had two externships both of which offered me a job. One was for an equine vet but they were a bit of a drive for me. The other was a small animal clinic that is nearby but its only a fill-in type thing. So I get a few days a month there. I REALLY like it there so I hope that a position opens up but if it doesn't I'm going to use it to gain experience.
