The whole situation is a really long story, if you must know feel free to PM me.
I have a rat that was just separated from her last two daughters, and I want to move her in with her friends, my other two girls of approximately the same age. They have been playing since I got her, and now that her litter has moved out I think it is tme to move her in. The only thing is, her and Lily have had one little scrap, nothing serious, not much worse than lily and her sister do once in a while. No cuts or hair flying or anything, just grabbing, nipping, powergrooming and squeeking. As soon as I made a squeek at them they stopped. That was a few days ago, they have been fine together since.
Anyways, the mama rat is not very well socialised, though I have been trying really hard. She doesn't bite oranything, she just gets scared. Free ranging has helped alot in the trust department.
So my question is, will moving her in with my well-socialized girls help her some around better?
What do you think?

I think it would help. I don't know from personal experience, but I believe her seeing the other rats socialize with you will help her learn to socialize with you too. She can see that they trust you...so she can warm up to the idea easier as well.
