how much baytril can you give a 3 month old girl?

One of our new babys Clarice is extremely stuffed up. When she sleeps she does that stuffed up breathing noise. I'm just wondering how much baytril is safe to give to her? I'm hoping that we can clear this up with baytril and it won't be a prolonged thing. My first rat Templeton had these same symptoms and died at only 7 months

Dosage of meds are based on weight.
We give 10 mg of baytril per each 454.4 g the rat weights, twice a day. (10 mg/454.4 g)
