I got a message from the rat shack saying I had not logged in for awhile.
Unfortunately, all of my rats have died, the oldest lived 2.5 years. He died June 19, and was very old.
That was Sumatra, Cashmere, Cappuccino, Amarillo Armadillo, Berkie, and Sugar Plum Fairy.
It was devastating having them such a short time, and then losing them.
Well, I told myself that I would never get another rat, but you know how it is, they are so sweet. So, although I turned some down, in the end, I got another (with a simpler name) "Twitch" and on thursday I will get a friend for him. I am not going to have more than 2 rats though. I know people say you need more but those are the breaks. I have a cat now too, so I do not want too many rats.
