My rwt looks.healthy but she has something on her nose like red ish

Its hard to cuz she just moves but its like a dried up red Residue on her nose

Odds are its porphyrin, a red secretion of the nose and eyes is often harmless. But I do have a few questions, is she sneezing often? What is her bedding? What do you feed her? How old is she? All these will help others determine if she is suffering from a URI(Upper respiratory infection) quite common in rats and treatable with antibiotics.
