Help with dosing please

So i got my 10% enrofloxacin and doxyvet in the mail yesterday. Ive been reading everything i can about dosing but its just confused me way more. How much do i give my girl and how? (Like in something or straight) Willow is 135g. Thanks in advance

okay lets asart with your Enrofloxyn, and use a ratio of 1:3. 1 ml of Enro 10% with 3 ml of sweet syrup, gives you 25 mg/ml enro solution.
Her dose would be 0.08 ml twice a day

The Doxyvet use a ratio of 1:2. 1 ml of Doxyvet to 2 ml of syrup to make 17 mg/ml doxy solution. Her dose would be 0.08 ml twice a day
