lilly is bloated like she has a ballon in her belly and is rubbing her face on the ground. there has been runny poo since yesterday. pepto?

Sounds like gas in her stomach or an intestinal issue if she is that visibly bloated. Can you get her to an er vet tonight that sees rats?

Give us quick history...age, medical issues, etc

Does the belly feel hard or squishy

Does she show any signs of discomfort?

18months obvious discomfort she just lays there smelly runny poop noticed last night also foot injury gave ibeprophen this morning and last night and she was fine went to work came home there she was

has she been healthy for a while now? or not really?

A bloated stomach can be anything from a tumour, to cramping to internal bleeding. Keep her warm and eating. No veggies or fruits.

she is sleeping now i will be on the vets door step first thing

about 830 i let the others out for free range while Lilly slept, went in just now to put them up and Lilly was out playing she still looks a little bloated but not unhappy any more still going to the vet tomorrow. at least i will be able to sleep.

Everyone's already given you good advice. I'll keep my fingers crossed that she'll be okay. Good luck at the vet's tomorrow morning. If they give you any issue about appointment, tell them it's an emergency. All vets allow scheduling for emergency cases to walk in.
