Healthy delicious snack

I made my rats are yummy snack, it's fast and easy and totally delicious...and HEALTHY!!
My rats love it and so do my dogs.

3 mashed bananas
1/3 cup apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond or soy milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix, lay out on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Tachee and Rudy in the pics say it's awesome nom noms.

This must be a people recipe - I'm sure they would love it just as much without the vanilla or cinnamon.

I am gonna make this friday when I celebrate the handicap rats birthday. So with as many mouths as I have to feed, how many times should I double the recipe? LOL

Yes, it is. The vanilla can be left out but cinnamon is actually quite good for health so I would leave it in.

YUM! looks & sounds good. Will have to try it. The "mouth-full" rattie is so funny. When they find something good they KNOW they have to go somewhere to get away from the others or it will be stolen. At least mine are like that.:-D
