So I know theres harlan at the U of Guelph but what forula do they sell? Do you know if they ship to places near them? thanks!

They sell the 2014 because it's what they use in house. I doubt they ship it.

Do they have a minimum order requirement? Who do you contact to place an order? I'm okay for HT blocks now, but am guesstimating that I'll need some in a couple of months or so.

As far as I know they do NOT ship.
