So now you will see how lucky I am today. One of my sisters and one of my friends have an incredible knack for finding unique gifts. This is what arrived from my sister. It is a rat puppet, fully hand-knitted. She is wearing a little necklace and she has a tongue:

Can you believe that this puppet, made with such love and attention, was made by someone in Alberta???? (There is hope for that place yet)
