Dr. Rick Keir is the resident small animal vet. He's friendly, open, honest, and gentle. I've never felt comfortable with a vet taking my animal out of the room but I wasn't fearful when he took Puzzle back to do his teeth. He's far from a know it all who'll try to go over your head by using terms you won't be familiar with, and if he does need to he's considerate enough to explain them. The secreteries have always been in good spirits and very personable - definitely people I don't dread speaking to over the phone!
