I just noticed that the University of Guelph also has a HT for guinea pigs so I am just wondering if anyone has used it before? Or knows if its any good?

Harlan is okay, but it's alfalfa based and you want adult guinea pigs to have a timothy based pellet.

Yeah, and it's got a lot of wheat and oats in it (pigs don't need a lot of grain), and has a pretty low fiber content for an animal like a piggie. Oxbow has 28% fiber compared to their 16.
