Green mush???

hello rattie peeps!
So I'm thinking of implementing Green Mush into my rat's diet since I hear so many great things about it.

Does anyone have any experience with this or have EASY yummy recipes to share? I looked online for recipes, but couldn't find anything. I'm assuming this is a daily supplement?

Also, my ratties are on antibiotics, so I cannot mix the green mush with bananas. And also cannot mix with dairy.

I always just mixed a tiny bit with some water, it will be VERY green!! they always loved the stuff plain

I just tried apple sauce with green mush and they think it' tastes "okay". My little finicky boogers!

Mine won't eat applesauce. Which is a real bummer because it'd been ideal for masking meds! They aren't too keen on apples either.

Can I ask, what is the recipe of green mush? I've heard of it before in a book, but I don't know the ingredients. Could someone share it with me?
