Front tooth not growing

My girl Toofer is missing a lower front tooth, one of her top front teeth & her bottom front tooth grow fast and need to be trimmed, and her normal upper front tooth is worn down to the gum line and hasn't seemed to be growing for a month or more. She has a bad smell around her mouth and the vet put her on antibiotics.

Thoughts anyone?

What is the name of her antibiotic?

She was on it plus baytril for 14 days, now she is just on baytril and clavamox

My Nessie also has a broken front incisor, it has not grown either. I've been trimming the other teeth. Nessie doesn't have any foul smell and she seems quite fine other than the broken tooth.

Toofer's teeth are white ... all 14 Liverpool rats living here have white teeth.
I don't know if that is a factor or not.

Toofer has had staining around one eye since I got her and sometimes looks a bit swollen on that side of her face. I do have eyedrops for her but they have not been effective.
