Food for hairless rat babies?

In a couple of weeks, I'll be adopting two baby hairless ratties.

What would be the best for them - Harlan Teklad 2018 or 2016 or Oxbow Regal Rat?

What about for when they get older? I know that hairless ratties require higher protein levels.....

Since adult rats need only 5% protein to begin with (http://www.nap.edu/openbook.php?record_id=4758&page=13), I'd think that the Harlan Teklad 2014 would be just fine.
