Durdle
"Dirt-Belly"
Durdle was a rescue from a group of three "biters" that were returned to Petco. He was adopted with his brother Cinna. His other brother was sold as a feeder before I could rescue him.
Durdle is a very reserved rat. He likes to be clean and dry and does not like to play or wrestle or get his hands dirty. He's very aloof and snooty. He's smaller than he should be for his age and has down-under markings on his belly.
Durdle's name comes from the term "durdle" which means to dawdle or dilly-dally. I named his brother Cinna right away but couldn't come up with a name for Durdle... he went two weeks without a name!
Durdle is somewhere between 6 - 8 months old.
