Oy... I'd see a vet ASAP, preferably one familiar with rats. How old is your rat and does he/she have other identified health problems? Apart from that scary growth, the fur seems in poor conditions.

He’s 2 I think I’m not sure I got him from someone else and I don’t think so
 
He needs a vet ASAP that is not healthy and he needs proper medication to get better .
