When people first put it forward there were all sorts of ideas, but the size has never changed in my knowledge.

Maybe they're more modifiable....

I know you are just being funny but I hope that you would consider donating your cages to a rescue or shelter before just tossing them in the scrap metal pile! Trust me we are always looking for cages! LOL

That's kind of funny in itself since I am a rescue! :giggle: Believe me, no one would want the cages I have right now. They're an embarrassment and it's one of the reasons I don't post a lot of pictures. I love my rats and take good care of them but I worry about what people would think if they saw the state of some of my cages because for a lot of people esthetics is everything!
