Cataract in an old gal?

Hi everyone (yeesh, its been a while). I just adopted two skittish senior gals from the local rescue last Sunday. I've been noticing that one's eye was looking a little off, and today I was able to snap a couple pics which really highlighted the issue. I'm suspecting a cataract?

I tried googling, and I couldn't take the horrific eye injury image results ...

I was down to two senior neutered boys before I added these gals to my crew. They’re coming around very nicely - the girl not pictured has already started taking treats from my hand.
